Mr. Alvim has a successful track record of launching and growing a start up business combined with extensive experience in the telecommunications and Internet sectors. Prior to INOVA, he was the head of Vesper’s (Embratel) Broadband Business Unit, where he was responsible for the successful development and launch of the first mobile broadband service in Latin America. Mr. Alvim was also the Director of Business Development for VeloCom, an investor in the Latin American telecom market. Prior to Velocom, he worked for Nortel Networks and led several management consulting assignments at Gemini Consulting (currently Cap Gemini Ernst & Young) and at Accenture, where his main focus was strategy and marketing in the telecommunications and media and sectors. Mr. Alvim holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University, Illinois, USA and a B.S. in electrical engineering from UNICAMP – Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil.

Mr. Panagides has served as INOVA’s CTO from the Company’s inception. Prior to INOVA, he held technical positions at the World Bank in Washington DC and was the World Bank's technology consultant to the Brazilian government, among other clients. Following a year of studies in Sweden, Mr. Panagides received a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in English literature from George Washington University, USA. Over the last 10 years, Mr Panagides has lead both the operational and development departments at Inova. During his tenure Inova has operated installations of over one million mailboxes and received IBM's xSP prime certification for ASP technology provision excellence.

Ms. Gouveia graduated in administration and finance from the Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal. She has worked for 20 years for J. P. Morgan in Brazil where she was a member of the Executive Council, Controller of the J. P. Morgan's four companies in Brazil, Director of Technology Operations, and Regional Director for Latin America Foreign Investors, among other responsibilities.
